Getting started

1. Sign up

Open /signup?intent=audit and enter your email. We send a magic link — no password required. The link works once and expires after an hour.

2. Click the magic link

Clicking the link logs you in and sets up your account automatically, locking in your success-fee rate. First-cohort merchants get the 10% founding rate; everyone else is at 20%.

3. Land on /onboarding

The onboarding page shows a status streaming from a real-time retroactive analysis. Until you connect Stripe, the only action available is the Connect Stripe button.

4. Connect Stripe

Click Connect Stripe. You’ll be redirected to Stripe, where you approve the access Victava requests on your account. On approval, you bounce back to Victava and the retroactive analysis kicks off — it scans the last 12 months of your disputes for fightable patterns.

5. Watch your first dispute

When Stripe notifies us that a new dispute has opened, Victava classifies the reason, gathers evidence with full provenance, evaluates the strength of the case, drafts a rebuttal, and pauses for your approval. You’ll see it on /disputes with status ready_for_review.

Total wall time from signup to a dispute landing in the queue: usually under five minutes (signup is ~30s, OAuth is ~30s, first dispute pipeline run is ~90–120s once a webhook arrives).
