Victava — Live Metrics
Our real win rate, published honestly.
No marketing numbers. No cherry-picked case studies. This page is computed directly from Stripe dispute outcomes across every Victava merchant, refreshed hourly. When the sample is still too small to be honest about, we show the count and say so — we don't invent a percentage.
Launch phase
Publishing at the first ten resolutions.
Victava is in pilot. As soon as we have 10 resolved disputes from real merchants, the headline win rate and confidence interval will appear here. Until then, this page serves as our commitment to publish the number honestly — including low ones.
Methodology
What counts as resolved: A dispute is counted once Stripe records a terminal state — won, lost, warning_closed, or charge_refunded. We map the last two to “lost”. Pending and in-flight disputes are excluded entirely.
What counts as won: Only disputes Stripe closes in the merchant's favor (outcome = 'won'). We do not count refunds, settlements, or amicable resolutions.
Confidence range: We publish a 95% confidence range, not a single number — the low and the high, given how many disputes we've actually resolved. We use a method chosen to stay accurate on small samples and on rates near 0% or 100%, so the range never overstates how sure we are.
Publishing floor: We refuse to publish a headline number below 10 resolved disputes. Per-category breakdowns require at least 5 resolved disputes each.
Exclusions: No per-customer, per-dispute, or personal data appears on this page. Aggregates are computed server-side and cached for 1 hour.
How it's counted: The number is computed directly from real Stripe dispute outcomes — a win is only a win once Stripe itself closes the dispute in your favor. There is no manual adjustment and no marketing math.
